20,000m2 German Logistics Centre Handed Over To Client
P3 Logistic Parks, pan-European logistics real estate owners, developers and asset managers, handed over a 20,000 m2 build-to-suit (BTS) automotive parts distribution centre at Niedersachsenpark in northern Germany to Peugeot Citroën Germany GmbH on Monday 25 April 2016. The company belongs to the French PSA Group, the second largest automobile manufacturer in Europe. The P3 Niedersachsenpark logistics centre, which is located close to the A1 motorway, will serve as the company’s central warehouse and distribution hub for Germany and other EU countries. PSA will also use the building to manage logistics for its European spare parts and accessories e-commerce platform "Mister Auto".
